capital advisory firm. We are turnaround operating managers, interim CEO and CRO Managers,
outside independent directors, management consultants, PE Fund advisors, equity fund managers, investors,
experts, specializing in deal flow, asset and investment recovery, corporate renewal governance, investing in
and rebuilding underperforming distressed troubled companies, recovery fund operation, raise money, litigation support, and valuation enhancement.
We purchase companies for our own portfolio, raise equity funds and/or capital to increase leverage, and locate new capital.
We provide transition leadership for companies to shift between
commercial, international and federal government markets.
We focus on value creation, asset and investment recovery, revenue generation,
outside director advisory, and private equity advisory.
We prepare companies to 'Cash Out' at maximum valuation. We stress Activity-Based Costing and
